What do you smell?…
Listen…..
Touch…. What is the texture?…the temperature?
Experience a drink….. feel it and taste it…
Ahh!
When we are having rushing thoughts, or can’t stop ruminating about something, our brain is actually stuck in a self-feeding loop. One way to get free is to interrupt the process by becoming Mindful of our senses.
That picture is enough to stop MY circular thinking! Pure peace……..
