Are you feeling stressed? Bored? Blah?  Then check-in with yourself. Chances are – you are running a “story” that , well – isn’t true. At least I’m willing to bet that it isn’t true right now. And many of our stories are stuck on repeat, which means – it isn’t going to serve you anything new. So breathe in, feel it…. breathe out… release it.
