Do you hate New Year’s Resolutions? Well, I know the word hate might be a bit harsh, but do you dislike them? Usually even just the thought of New Year’s Resolutions reminds us of all the things we didn’t do, of our ‘failures’.

Even the word ‘Resolution’ is so definitive, and really, it’s too black and white to be helpful when it comes to setting out what we hope to achieve.

But what I love to do this time of year is start dreaming.

I reflect upon what made me happiest and most fulfilled in 2015, and then let my imagination dream up what could make 2016 my best year yet.

I ask myself – What do I want to do more of, and how do I want my life to look?
